Scottsdale Air Center Earns Prestigious No. 3 FBO Ranking In First Year
of Business

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., April 1, 2004 - The aviation professionals at
Scottsdale Air Center are flying high after being selected as one of
the top three FBOs in the nation.

Being ranked as No. 3 in the 2004 Aviation International News North
American FBO Survey is especially meaningful because it was achieved
just after the FBO's one-year anniversary.

"We're on cloud nine," said General Manager Tommy Walker. "As a new
facility, we're especially honored that the business aviation pilot and
flight department communities have rated us so highly so soon."

Walker, whose focus on customer service is legendary, is accustomed to
winning awards. He previously managed an FBO in Long Beach, Calif.,
that earned AIN's No. 1 ranking.

"Our entire staff in Scottsdale is working very hard to set a new
standard for what a full-service FBO should be," Walker said. "So, far,
customers have been pleased with our facilities and service, and our
market share is growing accordingly."

Conveniently located in the heart of Scottsdale at the city's municipal
airport, the Air Center boasts more than 75,000-square-feet of pristine
hangar space -- enough to accommodate any aircraft authorized to land
at Scottsdale Airport, plus an all-concrete ramp. In all, the facility
occupies more than 11 acres. An aggressive expansion plan is already
underway and will add 125,000 square feet of new offices and hangars
slated to open in late 2005.

The centerpiece of the full-service FBO is a 10,000-square-foot,
resort-like passenger terminal with multiple lounges.

The contemporary-style facility is decorated with a wide variety of
original paintings and sculptures. Other amenities include conference
rooms, security cameras, flight planning computers, and separate
quarters for pilots, featuring comfortable recliners and a 53-inch
plasma screen television.

Owners and operators of corporate jets who land at Scottsdale Air
Center may refuel and have their aircraft cleaned, serviced and
hangared. A knowledgeable concierge will assist with arrangements for
rental car, hotel and leisure activities.

The Air Center is an Exxon Avitat FBO and employs 30 people. The
Air Center is located at 15290 North 78th Way in Scottsdale. A sister
FBO, the Santa Fe Air Center, is located in Santa Fe, N.M.
